At Compass and Kin, we specialize in creating extraordinary family experiences for multigenerational travel and milestone celebrations, because these are the trips that become part of your family’s story.
I created Compass and Kin because I believe every family deserves travel that works for them. In my own family, we navigate multiple life-threatening food allergies as well as neurodivergence and sensory sensitivities. I understand firsthand how thoughtful and thorough planning can make or break your travel experience.
The experiences we’ve shared while traveling have become some of my most treasured memories, and I’m passionate about helping you create yours.

I have always enjoyed traveling to new places with the people I love, which now includes my husband and 3 kids. Spending much of my childhood in Central Africa and exploring Europe in college sparked a lifelong love for experiencing different cultures and perspectives, a passion I now bring to planning your trips!
I am so excited to be a part of Compass and Kin and have the opportunity to help busy parents take the stress out of planning family vacations.
I want you to be able to focus on being present with your family and making magical memories together, not spending hours on research, comparison, and creating an itinerary. I love booking destinations like Disney, Universal, and cruises. I also personally deal with food allergies and would love to help you travel confidently if this is something you need to consider.

Travel has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I’m excited to now help others plan the trips they’ve always dreamed about. While I serve full-time as a pastor, I’ve stepped into travel planning part-time because I genuinely love exploring new places and creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 24 wonderful years, and together we’ve raised four amazing kids, ages 13 to 22. As a family, we’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the world—through band programs, mission trips, and years of following our kids in their many activities. Those experiences have shaped not only my love for travel, but also my understanding of how to plan trips that are both meaningful and manageable for real families.
I’m especially passionate about helping people plan bucket list adventures, family vacations with older kids, and trips for larger groups. I also have a heart for supporting travelers with physical disabilities. As someone living with MS, I understand firsthand the importance of thoughtful planning, accessibility, and flexibility—so that everyone can travel with confidence and joy.
